1.Put 3 drops of OILIXIR and your fingers and blend it between both hands. Start application on the forehead, then cheeks to temples, then chin to ears. Take another small amount of the product, spread it between your palms, and start alternating smoothing movements from the middle of the chin to the ear, then down the side of the neck to the collarbones.

2. Take another 3 drops. Apply with palms, using deeper pressure and alternating effleurage movements on the décolleté. Start in the middle and massage across to the under arms. Repeat 3 times with each hand.

3. Using your palms to provide deep, circular movements, start from the middle of the décolleté, massaging across and around the shoulder to the back of the neck and up to the base of the skull. Finish with gentle, gliding movements back down to the collarbone. Repeat 3 times with each hand.

4. Using your four fingers, make increasing circular movements across the middle of the cheeks. Continue up the side of the nose to the forehead, then across the forehead glide along the hairline to the chin. Repeat 3 times.

5. Place the tip of your middle finger on the hole in the orbital bone - just below the base of your eyebrows, and the tip of your index finger 1 cm above. As you exhale, gradually press down on these two points. As you inhale, slide your fingers with medium pressure over the eyebrows to the temples. Press again on the temples as you exhale, then release. Repeat 3 times.
